Bailey Hayward has been named for his first career start at five-eighth following Matt Burton's knee injury.
Hayward joins Toby Sexton in the halves, who will play his 50th NRL game.
In a late change, Jaeman Salmon will start on an edge, replacing the injured Viliame Kikau, while Daniel Suluka-Fifita starts at lock and Sitili Tupouniua drops back to the bench.
