Vale Notice: Brian Lockwood

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs would like to express their sincere condolences to the family and friends of Brian Lockwood who sadly passed away, age 78 in England. 

Bulldogs player no.399, Lockwood joined the Club in 1974 from England, making his first-grade debut against Penrith in Round 3.  

The tough and talented forward also featured in the 1974 Grand Final, totalling 16 first grade matches for the Club.  

Lockwood also represented England and Great Britain, featuring in 19 Tests.   

The Bulldogs wish to pay their respects to Brian. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time.
