The Dymock legacy at the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs will continue in 2025, with talented lock Tegan Dymock joining the pack for the Club’s inaugural NRLW season.

The daughter of 1995 Clive Churchill Medallist and former interim coach Jim Dymock, Tegan has forged her own path in the top-flight so far, currently midway through competing in her third NRLW campaign.

Adding plenty of impact from the bench for the Cronulla Sharks in 2024, the 22-year-old has averaged 61 metres with the ball in hand and has been particularly impressive in defence, with a 94.3% tackle efficiency.

Having previously coached Dymock at representative level, inaugural Head Coach Blake Cavallaro was thrilled to bring the talented lock into the engine room.

“I formed a great relationship with Tegan in the Under 19’s Origin arena and I’ve kept a close eye on her progression ever since,” Cavallaro said.

“As soon as I found out she was off contract, she was one of the first players I called. Seeing the style of footy we want to play; I believe Tegan will be quite adaptable as she can both run hard and ball play.”

Dymock will join the Bulldogs for the start of the 2025 pre-season and has signed on to a two-year term at the Club.

Out of respect to Dymock and her current commitments at the Sharks, the Bulldogs will not be making any further comment at this time and would like to wish her well for the remainder of the season.
