The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Membership Family has continued its exponential growth, with a new Club record of 25,000 broken just two weeks out from our first NRL Finals series campaign since 2016.

The new milestone is one that has come off the back of a breakout season from the side, with the enthusiasm shown by Members and fans proving to be a cornerstone of the side’s rise, which has seen the Bulldogs undefeated at home in 2024 so far.

We’re seeing more and more fans support us and we’re getting energy from those fans. It’s not an expectation to us, it’s something we value and that’s unique to our Club and we’ll continue to enjoy that.

Crowd figures of over 45, 496 on the Queen’s Birthday, 27,223 in the memorable one-point victory against the Warriors in Round 18 and a sold-out 18,110 at Belmore Sports Ground in Round 22 have proven to be instrumental in the side’s close victories.

Chief Executive, Aaron Warburton was thrilled to hear of the continual growth in the Membership base and touched on the vital impact dedicated Members have had on the Club:

“This year in particular, our Members and supporters have been as proactive, passionate and proud as ever before,” he said.

“The dedication and belief they have shown has not gone unnoticed by our playing squad, our staff and the local community, and we wouldn’t be in the position we are as a Club without their unwavering commitment and support.

“Ahead of our finals campaign this year, and then our 90th anniversary and inaugural NRLW season next year, there has been no better time to be a Bulldogs Member. The energy and excitement from our supporters is palpable.

"It's clear we’ve woken up the Bulldogs army and we’re looking forward to the energy and atmosphere that they will bring to our final two homes games here in Sydney.

“From everyone at the Bulldogs, we want to thank every single one of our dedicated Members for their commitment and belief in us and we are looking forward to continuing to grow the Family into 2025 and beyond.”

While addressing the media earlier this week, Head Coach Cameron Ciraldo noted the important influence that Members and fans have had on the squad and their performances throughout the season:

“The boys see it after every game, and they get quite excited by it. For us it’s great to realise we’re inspiring people with the way we’re playing and the style of footy we’re playing,” he said.

“Our purpose has been really clear on why we want to play finals and why we want to get this Club back to where it belongs; it’s been around inspiring our fanbase and I think we’re done that of late.

“We’re seeing more and more fans support us and we’re getting energy from those fans. It’s not an expectation to us, it’s something we value and that’s unique to our Club and we’ll continue to enjoy that.

“The boys really thrive on that and hopefully that grows over the next few weeks.”

The 25,000 strong Breed of Bulldogs have shown up for and inspired their side in 2024 and the Club is grateful for their unwavering support.

While 2024 Bulldogs Membership has now officially closed, expressions of interest for the 2025 Season will open in the coming weeks. Stay tuned across Bulldogs channels for more information or for queries, please reach out to our friendly Membership services team at members@bulldogs.com.au.

The Club thanks its Members and fans for their continued support as we race towards the finals and looks forward to breaking even more records together in 2025.
