Indigenous Round Team News: Bulldogs v Dragons

Head Coach Cameron Ciraldo has named his side to face the St George Illawarra Dragons this Thursday, as they line up for the opening match of the NRL's Indigenous Round.

The Bulldogs will be seeking an immediate rebound from a Magic Round loss to the Raiders, desperate to keep their home match win record alight, while the Dragons are fresh from the bye.

Following four straight wins at home this Season, Thursday night's game promises to showcase plenty of determination as familiar faces line up against each other for the first time in 2024, and with Origin selections on the line.

In team news, Jaeman Salmon, now cleared from a leg infection, returns to the starting side. Josh Curran comes in on the interchange while Poasa Fa'amausili joins the extended squad.

It will be an emotional evening for proud Wiradjuri and Gunnggandji man Josh Addo-Carr, Dharug man Josh Curran and Bidjigal man Blake Taaffe, as they see their home ground in Accor Stadium light up for the NRL's Indigenous Round.

The Bulldogs will recognise and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture with Members and fans during the match, with a number of special activities and entertainment planned for match goers.

Indigenous artists will perform on the field before kick-off and at halftime, while attendees will also be treated to a special light show.

Don't miss a thrilling triple header, with the Clontarf State of Origin and KOE NSW Cup Bulldogs v Dragons kicking off before the main event.
