The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are calling on the local community to help us fill the Shoe Drive Appeal Kennel at our Members XMAS party this Friday.
While Members' will have the chance to enjoy a range of family fun activities from Christmas carols, crafts and entertainment, fireworks, a Santa visit, and meet and greet with Bulldogs NRL players, the Club is calling on patrons to consider those less fortunate.
The shoe donation kennel, which was built by former students and staff of Punchbowl Boys High School, will be rolled out during the Bulldogs Members' Christmas Party celebrations at Belmore Sports Ground this Friday, December 8, with all shoes donated to be gifted to Sydney's homeless this holiday season.
Members and the local community will be able to donate new and used shoes, provided they are in reasonable condition, with the Club committed to gifting them to those in need this Christmas.
By working with community partners, all donated shoes will be cleaned up and given out to Sydney's homeless in the coming weeks.
Please keep an eye out for the Kennel on Friday, and help the Bulldogs give back over the holiday season by gifting these essential footwear items.
