The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs return to the field to host the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium on Sunday 17th July, kicking off at 6:15PM AEST in Round 18 of the 2022 NRL Premiership.
The club will take on the 7th-placed Rabbitohs, looking to return back to the winner's circle. Both sides met in Round 6, when South Sydney secured a 36-16 win at Accor Stadium.
Team News
Bulldogs: Forward Tevita Pangai Junior has recovered from a foot injury to take his place in the side for this Sunday's clash. Aaron Schoupp has been withdrawn from this week's line-up after contracting Covid-19, with Declan Casey inserted in his place. Braidon Burns is back from a successful stint at NSW Cup level. It is the first time the centre will feature in the top flight suffering a hamstring injury against the Rabbitohs back in Round 6.
Rabbitohs: Alex Johnston and Mark Nicholls return from injury to face the Bulldogs. Damien Cook is expected to backup, though it is unlikely Cameron Murray will be named after failing a HIA test in the origin decider.

Key Match-Up
Jake Averillo vs Latrell Mitchell: Youngster Averillo will face an exciting challenge when he lines up against Mitchell. The local junior has enjoyed a promising transition to fullback, scoring five tries since shifting to the back in Round 13 against the Panthers. Mitchell will set his sights on making a charge for the finals, as he returns to his best from injury.
The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs face the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium this Sunday evening kicking off at 6:15PM AEST. Tickets available here.
