Hetherington takes early guilty plea

Bulldog's forward Jack Hetherington has opted to take an early guilty plea for his high tackle on North Queensland Cowboy's fullback Valentine Holmes Queensland Country Bank Stadium last Sunday.

The incident occurred in the 56th minute of the match deep into North Queensland's own half. Hetherington collecting Holmes high 11 metres out from his own try line, after the fullback received a pass from Kyle Feldt to take on the Bulldog's defence.

The Canterbury-Bankstown prop will be sidelined for five weeks and will be available for team selection when we take on the Penrith Panthers in Round 12 of the NRL Premiership.
