WELCOME the official LIVE STREAM of the the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs 80 Year Anniversary Gala Dinner.
The Bulldogs are celebrating 80 Years since their innaugrual season in 1935.
Guests and Live Stream Viewers will witness two very special events throughout the night with the announcement of both the 80th anniversay Team of the Decade and the inaugrual Hall of Fame Inductees.
Guests will also be a part of celebrating some of the greatest moment of the past 80 years with MC's Bill Woods and Yvonne Sampson.
OFFICIAL PLAYER RECOGNITIONS
It is agreed that two major initiatives be undertaken in 2015 to recognize past players:
- 80th Anniversary ‘Team of the decade’
- Hall of Fame
1. 80th Anniversary Team of the decade
This initiative recognises the best Bulldogs players of the past decade and provides the next group from which to select the Hall of Fame:
Criteria:
1. Played first grade between 2005-2014
2. 50 or more first grade games for the Bulldogs not necessarily all in the decade
3. A team consisting of players 1-13 and four (4) reserves (total of 17 players) are to chosen
4. Players only – not administrators
5. Embodies the spirit and values of the Bulldogs
2. Hall of Fame
This is the elite group of Bulldogs players chosen from either the team of the 50th, 70thAnniversary or the 80th Anniversary Team of the decade who match the below
Criteria:
1. No more than 5 Players (not administrators) to be chosen at any one time.
2. Must have played 100 First Grade games for the Bulldogs
3. Embodies the spirit and values of the Bulldogs
