Bulldogs co-captain Frank Pritchard is looking ripe for a return from injury in round six against the Warriors but he has stiff competition for one of the two starting spots in the second row.

Pritchard’s two main contenders for the starting spot are Tony Williams and Josh Jackson who have both boasted some impressive statistics in 2014.

Tony Williams leads the pack in average run metres with 89.4M per game and also holds a Pickles Player Rating of 5 stars with 96% of Team Picker coaches picking him in this week’s line up as an interchange forward.

Josh Jackson continues to show his reliability as a strong impact player off the bench in 2014 and recently earnt accolades as the Players’ Player for round four against the Storm. Josh has made a whopping 104 tackles and shows how busy he is in defence whilst leading the way in Line breaks in attack.

Whilst Josh Jackson trails the pack in the Pickles Player Ratings with 4 stars, 56% of all Team Picker coaches have picked him in one of the two Second Row spots with Frank Pritchard dominating the other spot with 89% of picks placing him in the starting spot. 96% of all Team Picker Coaches have decided T-Rex will best serve coming off the bench as an impact forward.
