Check out this list of 'Marked Men' from the Panthers that Bulldogs HQ has singled out as players to watch when the Bulldogs take on Penrith this Saturday afternoon.

DAVE SIMMONS:

Dave has been one of the most consistent players in the game this year. His CVR rating is the best amongst the games Wingers and is a very under-rated player.

He is the games top try-score and has an amazing ability to find the try-line. He is a player who just goes about getting the job down for his side, whether it, be his carries or his decisions in defence. Safe under the high ball and a player, who has really stood out for the Panthers in 2013.

SEASON STATS:

-Averages 12 runs(111m) per game

-25 line breaks (2nd most in NRL)

-21 kick breaks (No1 in the NRL)

-49 tackle breaks this year

-19 tries (No1 in the NRL)

LUKE WALSH:

The half-back has one of the best kicking games in the NRL. Since announcing he will be joining St Helens next year, he seems to be playing with no pressure on him and enjoying his footy.

His kicking game, passing game and the ability to put a player in hole have been a highlight of Lukes season this year.

A lot of the teams general play kicking will come from Luke and is a player who is not afraid to try the trick shots as well as try for a 40/20. Putting Lukes kicking game under pressure will certainly be a focus for the Dogs.

SEASON STATS:

-13 try assists

-Averages 13 kicks per game for an average of 409.5m per game

-3 40/20s and 3 field goals

JAMES SEGEYARO:

Many say James has been the buy of the year and it would be hard to argue. His enthusiasm and energy he provides when he comes from the bench is exceptional. Very dangerous out of dummy half with his ability to beat the markers with his pace, is second in the NRL for most dummy half runs and very smart when choosing the time to run or the time to pass.

He has been their best player this year and with three tries last weekend, will definitely be a player the Dogs will pay plenty of attention to.

SEASON STATS:

-Averages 8 runs(63m) per game

-Averages 50 minutes per game

-Has 53 tackle breaks, 10 line breaks for the year and 9 tries

-38 offloads (5th most in the NRL)

-A tackle efficiency of 89.9%
