Terms & Conditions

This document has been created by Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Club Limited ABN 38 001 869 405 of Belmore Sports Ground, Edison Lane Belmore NSW 2192 (the “Club”).

Introduction

The completed Membership application and these Terms and Conditions (including any incorporated terms) form a legally binding contract between the person named on the Membership and the Club.  All 2025 Club Memberships are subject to the Terms and Conditions.

The Club reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the Club’s Membership website and will be effective immediately without further notice.

 

1.0 MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE

1.1 Memberships can be applied for and purchased in the following ways:

a. Online at bulldogs.com.au/membership

b. By email at members@bulldogs.com.au

c. By phone on 1300 769 164

d. By post application form to Po Box 123, Belmore NSW 2192

e. In person at The Bulldog Belmore, 376 Burwood Road, Belmore NSW 2192

f. In person at Bulldogs HQ Office, Belmore Sports Ground, Edison Lane, Belmore NSW 2192

g. On game day at any Bulldogs home games at Accor Stadium or Belmore Sports Ground.

1.2 Memberships purchased with a credit card, debit card or bank account direct debit are subject to automatic renewal roll over each season unless opted out in writing to members@bulldogs.com.au by the notified deadline. Opt-out requests cannot be taken over the phone. See Section 7 for further details.

1.3 The Club will confirm your Membership via email within five days of purchase. You are required to provide a valid email address at the time of purchase — this includes those who previously opted-in.

1.4 The Club will not:

a. Accept or process any form which is incomplete; or

b. Accept any changes to the form (except change of personal contact details)

1.5 The Club reserves the right to refuse any Membership application at its absolute discretion.

1.6 All Membership packages are subject to availability.

1.7 2024 Members will have a priority access period to renew their Membership once Club Memberships go on sale for the 2025 season. Members that do not renew within this period will relinquish their Membership seats.

1.8 Please note the following key dates:

  • Friday 13 September 2024: 2025 Membership renewal period commences.
  • Friday 20 September 2024: Automatic renewal opt-out period ends at 5:00pm.
  • Friday 27th September 2024: Automatic renewals processed, and payment deducted.
  • Thursday 3 October: Membership renewal period ends at 5:00pm.

 

2.0 TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Membership is available on a season basis and is valid from date of purchase, until 31st August following the end of that season. By becoming a Member of the Club, you agree to this period of Membership.

2.2 The Club entitles any person to hold only one (1) Membership in their name with the Club.

2.3 Each Membership card is valid for one (1) entry per home game within the valid regular season at the nominated home stadium according to the Membership entitlements listed in Section 3.

2.4 Games where maximum stadium capacity is expected would result in unreserved Members  not guaranteed entry and/or a seat to the match. To avoid disappointment Members are strongly advised to arrive early.

2.5 Please note your Membership does not include entry to any pre-season trials, home matches outside Sydney or finals series where the Club is participating.

2.6 The Club reserves the right to cancel Membership at any time if, in the Club’s opinion, a Member engages in any offensive behaviour whatsoever, including but not limited to behaviour, which is deemed disruptive, aggressive, or prejudicial, or likely to be prejudicial, to the interests or reputation to the game, Club, stadium, NRL or any of their sponsors.

2.7 If Membership is purchased as a gift, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to opt a Membership out of automatic renewal within the time provided above.

 

3.0 MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

3.1 TICKETED MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

ULTIMATE MEMBERSHIP (Category 1)

  • One Reserved seat at all NRL Telstra Premiership Bulldogs home games played out of Accor Stadium and Belmore Sports Ground, excluding the Finals Series.
  • One general admission entry to the Good Friday away game against the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium*
  • Includes one general admission entry to all standalone reserve grade games at Belmore Sports Ground

PLATINUM PLUS MEMBERSHIP (Category 2)

  • One Reserved seat at all NRL Telstra Premiership Bulldogs home games played out of Accor Stadium and Belmore Sports Ground, excluding the Finals Series.
  • One general admission entry to the Good Friday away game against the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium.*
  • Includes one general admission entry to all standalone reserve grade games at Belmore Sports Ground.

PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP (Category 3)

  • One Reserved seat at all NRL Telstra Premiership Bulldogs home games played out of Accor Stadium and Belmore Sports Ground, excluding the Finals Series.
  • One general admission entry to the Good Friday away game against the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium.*
  • Includes one general admission entry to all standalone reserve grade games at Belmore Sports Ground.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP (Category 4)

  • One Reserved seat at all NRL Telstra Premiership Bulldogs home games played out of Accor Stadium and Belmore Sports Ground, excluding the Finals Series.
  • One general admission entry to the Good Friday away game against the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium.*
  • Includes one general admission entry to all standalone reserve grade games at Belmore Sports Ground.

KENNEL MEMBERSHIP (CATEGORY 5)

  • One general admission entry to the Kennel for all NRL Telstra Premiership Bulldogs home games played out of Accor Stadium and Belmore Sports Ground, excluding the Finals Series.
  • Kennel Members are required to notify the club that they wish to activate their membership card for the match hosted at Belmore Sports Ground using the activation form here
  • Seating is general admission, there is no allocated row or seat.
  • One general admission entry to the Good Friday away game against the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium.*
  • Includes one general admission entry to all standalone reserve grade games at Belmore Sports Ground.

BLUE ZONE MEMBERSHIP (CATEGORY 6)

  • One general admission entry to the Blue Zone for all NRL Telstra Premiership Bulldogs home games played out of Accor Stadium and Belmore Sports Ground, excluding the Finals Series.
  • Blue Zone Members are required to notify the club that they wish to activate their membership card for the match hosted at Belmore Sports Ground using the activation form here
  • Seating is general admission, there is no allocated row or seat.
  • One general admission entry to the Good Friday away game against the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium.*
  • Includes one general admission entry to all standalone reserve grade games at Belmore Sports Ground.

NRLW MEMBERSHIP (CATEGORY 7)

  • One ticket to all NRLW Home Games in Sydney
  • Includes one general admission entry to all standalone reserve grade games at Belmore Sports Ground.

ON THE GROUND (CATEGORY 8)

  • One ticket to specified Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Away Match fixture
  • Includes one redeemable ticket to a Bulldogs home game in Sydney (excluding Belmore).

3.2 PART SEASON MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

4 GAME KENNEL FLEXI MEMBERSHIP (Category 5)

  • One general admission entry to the Kennel for four (4) home games played at Accor Stadium and Belmore Sports Ground, excluding the Finals Series.
  • Kennel Members are required to notify the club that they wish to activate their membership card for the match hosted at Belmore Sports Ground using the activation form here
  • Seating is general admission, there is no allocated row or seat.
  • One general admission entry to the Good Friday away game against the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium.*

4 GAME BLUE ZONE FLEXI MEMBERSHIP (Category 6)

  • One general admission entry to the Blue Zone for four (4) home games played at Accor Stadium and Belmore Sports Ground, excluding the Finals Series.
  • Blue Zone Members are required to notify the club that they wish to activate their membership card for the match hosted at Belmore Sports Ground using the activation form here
  • Seating is general admission, there is no allocated row or seat. 
  • One general admission entry to the Good Friday away game against the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium.*

3.3 AT HOME / SUPPORTER MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

CLASSIC, PREMIUM, PREMIUM PLUS, PEDIGREE MEMBERSHIP

  • Does not include entry to Bulldogs home games.

BULLDOGS MEMBERSHIP

  • Does not include entry to Bulldogs home games.

BABY & TODDLER

  • Children under the age of four years are admitted to Bulldogs home games free of charge with a paying adult, when not taking up a seat.

PET

  • Does not include entry to Bulldogs home games.

3.4 FOUNDATION MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

PREMIERSHIP 1935 CLUB, TERRY LAMB, STEVE MORTIMER, DR GEORGE PEPONIS, LES JOHNS, EDDIE BURNS  

  • A voluntary tax deductable donation to the Bulldogs Foundation.
  • Does not include entry to Bulldogs home games.
  • Does not include a 2024 Membership pack or Mber+ credit.

3.5 MEMBERSHIP ADD-ONS

P1 PARKING PASS:

  • Must be purchased in addition to a valid 2025 Membership.
  • Add-ons will be delivered to the address listed on your Membership account.
  • These items may be delivered separately from the Membership pack.

ON THE ROAD:

  • Must be purchased in addition to valid 2025 Membership.
  • Includes a ticket to a Bulldogs away game hosted in the specified city.
  • Includes one redeemable ticket to a Bulldogs home game in Sydney (excluding Belmore).

 

4.0 MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS

4.1 It is the responsibility of each Member to ensure they are eligible for their Membership price type at the time of renewing or purchasing each season. Any Member found to be ineligible in their current Membership, may have their Membership price type changed and the difference in price charged to their account.

4.2 ADULT MEMBERS

To be eligible for an adult Membership, you must be 18 years or over.

4.3 CONCESSION MEMBERS

To be eligible for a concession Membership the applicant must have a current form of identification as listed below:

  • Pensioner – Aged, TPI (valid ID required); or
  • Student – Full time tertiary and secondary school students (valid ID required).
  • Members that apply for a concession Membership must provide a copy of their valid concession card to the Membership Services Team via email members@bulldogs.com.au to receive the concession Membership price. 

4.4 JUNIOR MEMBERS

To be eligible for a junior Membership you must be under 18 years of age as of 1 January 2025. A date of birth must be provided when purchasing a junior Membership. Children under the age of four as of 1 January 2025 are admitted free of charge with a paying adult, when not taking up a seat.

4.5 FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS

Family packages include two adults and up to two juniors as classified above.

4.6 COMPANION CARDS

  • The Club recognises the NSW Companion Card program. Companion Card holders are eligible for complimentary entry to the Club’s home games, however are ineligible for all Member benefits unless paying as a Member.
  • Members that apply for a companion Membership must provide a copy of their valid companion card to the Membership Services Team via email members@bulldogs.com.au

 

5.0 MEMBERSHIP CARDS

5.1 Membership cards remain the property of the Club and may not be sold (including via on-line auction sites), exploited for commercial use (including competitions and trade promotions), used to enhance the demand for other goods or services or used for promotional purposes without prior written consent from the Club. If a Membership card is misused by the Member or any subsequent bearer, the Membership may be suspended or cancelled without a refund at the discretion of the Club. 

5.2 Membership cards are issued to all Members digitally and provided as an option physically for identification and seat allocation purposes.

5.3 Membership cards contain Membership details, seating allocation (if applicable) and a barcode (if applicable).

5.4 Membership cards are to be used as tickets for home games and must be scanned upon entry to the nominated home stadium.

5.5 If your Membership card is lost or stolen, please contact the Membership Services Team to arrange a replacement card. A Membership card replacement fee of $15 will be charged to your account. The card will be replaced at no cost upon provision of a police report or statutory declaration detailing the theft.

5.6 If a Membership card is found to be faulty, it will be replaced free of charge.

5.7 If you forget to bring your Membership card to a game, the Club can provide you with a replacement ticket on the day from the Bulldogs Membership Services Window. Photo ID will be required when requesting a replacement ticket.

5.8 Where a Member is unable to attend a game, the Membership card may be transferred to another person temporarily at an equivalent entry level according to Section 4. If a concession or junior Member transfers a Membership card or ticket to an adult, the adult will be refused entry and will have the Membership card or ticket confiscated at the gates. The ticket will not be returned to the Member and a replacement fee will apply for the issue of a new Membership card. The Membership may be suspended or cancelled if the person the card is transferred breaches the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

 

6.0 MEMBERSHIP PACKS

6.1 In partnership with TPF Sports (Aust) Pty. Ltd. ACN 060 603 189 (“TPF SPORTS”), Members are offered the ability to customise their Membership Pack via the Mber+ platform.

6.2 Each Member will have entitlements and credits loaded to their Mber+ account, allowing them to redeem items and shop the wide range of Member Exclusive Merchandise. Members with an ‘Adult’, ‘Concession’ or ‘Junior’ price type will each receive a $50.00 credit. Members with a ‘Family’ price type (2 Adult & 2 Junior bundle) will receive a total credit of $180.00. Credits can be used for products and postage.

6.3 Members who have purchased their 2025 Membership are entitled to receive a Membership pack and credit towards the Mber+® shop. Registered Junior League Members as well as Companion Members will receive a digital copy of their Membership Card as well as the ability to establish an Mber+® account and shop the store.

6.4 Mber+ is not connected to the Bulldogs Team Store. Member Pack Credits can only be used to shop the Member Exclusive Merchandise range available through Mber+. Member Pack Credits are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6.5 The Mber+® platform will launch in November and Primary Account Holders (PAH) who have renewed or purchased a 2025 Membership by this time will receive an introductory email with a username and further information about how to establish an account in Mber+®. Those who renew or purchase a 2025 Membership after this launch date should expect to receive the introductory email within a week of their purchase.6.6 Entitlements will not be carried over from year to year. On the 31st of August 2025, any remaining entitlements (product and credit) will be removed. You will not receive a Membership Pack unless you redeem your pack and will not be entitled to additional credit moving forward if you do not receive a Membership Pack.

6.7 The items you purchase are made to order specifically for your Membership Pack. Unless items are faulty, damaged or the incorrect size they cannot be returned or exchanged.

7.0 SEATING

7.1 The Club reserves the right to change the stadium seating plan from season to season and to move a Member’s seat(s) at its discretion. The Club will contact the Member prior to the seat change taking place.

7.2 Renewing Members will have from 3:00pm Friday 13 September 2024 – 5:00pm Thursday 3 October 2024 to renew their Membership for seats allocated at Accor Stadium and Belmore Sports Ground.  Following this time, all unrenewed seats will be made available to renewing Members looking for a seat change and non-ticketed or part-season Members looking to upgrade. This will be followed by a release to the public where new Members who wish to have a reserved seat will be able to purchase.         

7.3 All seating requests must be submitted by completing the 2025 Changes and Upgrades Form. All sections of the form must be filled out correctly or your request will be deemed invalid. Seating requests cannot be taken over the phone.

7.4 If a seating request cannot be fulfilled according to the application, a Member who renews into the same package will keep their previous allocated seat or the next best available seat will be allocated where and if available.

7.5New Members will be allocated seats on a best seat available basis according to the time of the Membership purchase and availability of seats.

7.6 The Membership Services Team will only accept one upgrade/seating request per Member per season. The first request will be the only one accepted, any additional requests will be void. In the event a group of Members wish to upgrade or move seats, please ensure a group leader is nominated and only one request is submitted on behalf of all Members involved.

7.7 The Club will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate upgrade/seat requests. In the event a Member is displeased with their allocation; the Membership Services Team will work towards a solution with the Member. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with allocated seating.

7.8 The outcome of seating requests will be communicated to Members prior to the first home game.  

 

8.0 MEMBERSHIP FEES

8.1 Payment of your Club Membership fee may be made in one of two ways:

a. Full upfront payment, prior to on the date nominated by the Club.

b. Monthly instalments

8.2 SERVICE & HANDLING FEES

a. A one – off service and handling fee of $4.75 per transaction applies to all orders irrespective of payment method and the number of packages purchased.

8.3 MEMBERS WITH OUTSTANDING FEES

a. Members with outstanding debt will be unable to renew their Membership until all outstanding fees are paid.

b. Members with ongoing debt will not be permitted to pay for future Memberships using the monthly payment plan.

8.4 BULLDOGS’ PAYMENT PLAN

8.4.1 Bulldogs’ Payment Plan allows you to automatically renew your Membership from year to year.

8.4.2 If you pay your Membership fees by credit card, debit card or bank account, unless you elect to opt-out in accordance with directions issued by the Club then you authorise the Club to automatically renew your Membership each season into the same seat (if applicable) and package (or a reasonably comparable package) and to deduct the applicable Membership fees from the credit or debit card used to purchase your previous Membership.

8.4.3 The Club will give you at least 14 days-notice in writing or by email of changes to the amount of next season’s Membership fees and to the terms of the Bulldogs Payment Plan.  

8.4.4 The Monthly Bulldogs Payment Plan payment will be deducted in up to eight monthly or pro-rata instalments via a nominated credit card, debit card or bank account beginning in October each year.

8.4.5 The Upfront Yearly Payment Plan payment will be deducted in one instalment in October each year via a nominated credit card or debit card.

8.4.6 You will have until 5:00pm (AEDT) Friday 20 September 2024 to advise the Club of any changes or upgrades you wish to make to your Membership package, or to notify the Club in writing if you do not wish to renew your Membership into the next season. Strict time frames apply.

8.4.7 It will be deemed that you have agreed to have your Membership automatically renewed if you do not notify the Club in writing that you wish to opt out before 5:00pm (AEDT) Friday 20 September 2024. You can opt-out of having your Membership automatically renewed by emailing the Membership Services Team at members@bulldogs.com.au. Opt-out requests cannot be taken over the phone.

8.4.8 Your Membership will not be confirmed until payment has been processed. If payment fails, further attempts will be made to clear the funds until successfully processed. Payments that decline will be charged an additional processing fee of $14.95 by default per account. The Club will contact you to request immediate payment. It is your responsibility to ensure all contact details are correct at all times and to update the Club immediately if such details are changed. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable by you. Where a payment appears in arrears by more than 90 days, the Club reserves the right to cancel your Membership and on-sell your Membership seat where a reserved seat Membership has been purchased. Any outstanding balances throughout the season will be sent to our debt collection agency for recovery, this will incur a $50 fee and a further 25% will be added to the outstanding balance.

8.4.9 Your Membership cannot be cancelled after it has been processed, unless you provide sufficient evidence in writing to the Club by 5:00pm (AEDT) Thursday 27 February 2025 that you did not receive notice of the opt-out option and Membership fees for the next season, in which case, the Club will cancel your Membership and refund any amounts deducted.

8.4.10 If you have purchased a part-season Membership (i.e., 4 Game Flexi Membership), you will be placed on the Bulldogs Payment Plan auto-renewal program for the equivalent Membership for the following season. If there is no such Membership available, you will have priority to upgrade to a full season ticketed Membership (dependent on availability).

8.4.11 You are responsible for ensuring that:

a. The account details you have provided are correct, and you notify the Club immediately should any account details change including but not limited to the card number or expiry date, within the term of the Bulldogs Payment Plan.

b. You have sufficient clear funds available on your nominated credit card, debit card or bank account on the scheduled payment date.

8.5 UPFRONT YEARLY BULLDOGS PAYMENT PLAN

8.5.1 The Upfront Yearly Bulldogs Payment Plan will be deducted in one instalment in October each year via a nominated debit or credit card.

8.5.2 By joining the Upfront Yearly Bulldogs Payment Plan, you authorise the Club to debit from your nominated credit card or debit card in amounts as advised.

8.5.3 The 2025 Season instalment will be deducted on Friday 27th September 2024. If payment fails on Friday 27th September 2024, further attempts will be made to clear the funds until successfully processed.

8.6 MONTHLY BULLDOGS PAYMENT PLAN

8.6.1 The Monthly Bulldogs Payment Plan payment will be deducted in up to ten monthly instalments via a nominated credit card, debit card or bank account starting in October each year.

8.6.2 By joining the Monthly Bulldogs Payment Plan, you agree to pay the monthly instalments on the 26th day of each month from your nominated credit card, debit card or bank account via our authorised and secure automatic debiting system Debitsuccess Pty Limited (ACN: 095 551 581) (‘Debitsuccess’). If the 26th day of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

8.6.3 The first instalment for the 2025 Season, will be deducted on Friday 27th September 2024. If payment fails, further attempts will be made to clear the funds until successfully processed.

8.6.4 The Monthly Payment Plan incurs the following fees:

  • $5 set-up fee
  • 4.12% monthly transaction fee
  • $14.95 failed payment fee

8.6.5 If your Membership is processed on the Monthly Bulldogs Payment Plan after Friday 27th September 2024, your monthly instalments will be calculated and deducted on a pro-rata basis with a one-off payment being deducted upon purchase, and on the 26th of every month thereafter.

8.6.6 All Memberships on the Monthly Bulldogs Payment Plan must be paid in full by Thursday 26th June 2025. If you have an outstanding debt, you will be exempt from Membership and the monthly payment plan option until all outstanding money owed to the Club is paid in full.

8.6.7 The Club will action the following if your Membership payment is dishonoured by your financial institution:

 a. If your payment defaults on three (3) consecutive occasions your Membership will be cancelled, and your seat will be released for sale.

 

9.0 CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

9.1 As a general policy, Memberships cannot be cancelled by Members and are non-refundable. It is recommended that all Members read the Terms and Conditions as well as the FAQ’s before applying for a Membership.

9.2 Membership applications will be processed as received and cannot be withdrawn once processed.

The contents of the Membership website, Membership brochure and accompanying forms are correct at the time of printing and publishing and the Club, under no circumstances, takes responsibility for any omissions, errors, or changes, which may occur. Please note that Membership benefits and inclusions are subject to change.

9.3 In the event of an exceptional circumstance, requests for cancellation and refund should be made in writing in the form of a statutory declaration to the Membership Services Team and mailed to Po Box 123, Belmore NSW 2192 for consideration.

9.4 Approval of refunds, either in full or part, is wholly at the discretion of the Club. Cancellation fees will apply.

9.5 A request for cancellation or refund will not be considered after the 2025 Season has commenced. Requests must be submitted before 5:00pm (AEDT) Thursday 27 February 2025.

9.6 A request for cancellation or refund will not be considered if the Membership card and pack has been sent to the Member prior to the request.

9.7 A request for cancellation or refund will not be considered due to on-field performance or behaviour of the players.

9.8 Ticketed Members are not eligible for compensation if they are unable to attend a game.

9.9 Should a cancellation or refund request be approved; the Member will incur a cancellation fee proportionate to the value of the goods and services delivered by the Club prior to the cancellation.

9.10 Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate seating preferences, if your preference is unavailable or if you do not request a seating preference you will be allocated the next best available seat at the time of processing. Where an upgrade is unavailable, a Member will retain the Membership package purchased/currently held. As such, Memberships or seat deposits will not be refunded based on specific seat allocation or dissatisfaction with the provision of individual elements of the entitlements.

9.11 The Club reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Membership without refund to any Member that breaches any of the terms and conditions of Membership. Any Membership cancelled by the Club will prohibit the Member from renewing in future seasons.

9.12 Compensation Policy

In the event the Club cannot fulfil match entitlements outlined in the ticketed Membership packages as a result of a force Majeure event, Members will be presented with the following options:

Force Majeure Event means any event or circumstance beyond a party’s reasonable control including natural disasters, health crises, riots, war, terrorism, civil disorder, court order, acts or regulations of governmental bodies, labour disputes, or failures or fluctuations in electrical power or telecommunications services, and which it could not have prevented by reasonable precautions.

9.12.1 Pledge:

Opportunity to pledge their 2025 Membership fee and surrender all undelivered game access benefits.

9.12.2 Credit:

Earn a credit towards a 2026 Membership, with the value calculated as follows:

a)      Membership is made up of ticketed and non-ticketed benefits. Ticketed benefits relate to the ability to attend matches, whilst non-ticketed benefits and costs include but not limited to merchandise, postage, Club news, and administration.

b)     The costs incurred by the Club to deliver the non-ticketed benefits will be deducted from the price of the 2025 Membership package. 

c)      The remaining balance (Ticketed Benefits) will be divided by the number of game entitlements included in the Membership package to calculate the per game value.

d)     The sum of the delivered non-ticketed and ticketed benefits were deducted from the price of your 2025 Membership, with the remaining value being noted as the 2026 Credit.

e)     The value of the 2025 credit will be automatically deducted from the price of a 2026 Membership.

f)       The final value of the credit will depend on the type of Membership package held.

 

10.0 KENNEL MEMBERSHIP

10.1 The Kennel area is an area designed for active supporters who are extra passionate and vocal in support of the Club. Members in the Kennel area are more than likely to stand for the duration of the match.

10.2 Kennel Members are subject to the following conditions:

a. Concession items (i.e. oversized flags, drums etc.) must be pre-registered with the Club and approved 48 hours prior to game day — Members can pre-register concession items by contacting the Club via email to members@bulldogs.com.au and asking for the 2025 Flag and Banner Registration Form to complete online;

b. Breach of any Club, NRL, Accor Stadium, Belmore Sports Ground Conditions of Entry, spectator code of behaviour and/or terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction and termination of your Membership;

c. Members take full responsibility for any patron who enters the venue on their Membership card or forwarded ticket.

d. Members and/or patrons that hold a Membership card and are subsequently evicted or banned from a venue and/or attending any games, may have their Membership confiscated and/or cancelled.

e. Additional tickets for Kennel Members are subject to availability and only available to purchase by 2025 Members. Ticket holder details must be provided at the time of purchase. Ticket holders must comply with the Bulldogs Code of Conduct, as referred to in section 12 and any breaches may lead to the suspension or cancellation of the referring Kennel Member’s Membership.

 

11.0 MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT

11.1 Members and supporters are ambassadors for the Club and the game of Rugby League and as such should conduct themselves in a way that reflects the Club values. Members agree to welcome away team fans and assist the Club deliver an enjoyable and non-threatening experience at our home games. To work with the Club to enforce the Code of Conduct at home and away games throughout the NRL season and to inform the Club of people who do not abide by the Code of Conduct and will support the Club cancelling the privileges or access to the services provided by the Club of these supporters.

11.2 The Club will not tolerate any behaviour, which embarrasses or inhibits others from enjoying the viewing of a Bulldogs game. Examples of behaviour, which is unacceptable to the Club includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Taunting opposition fans in victory or exhibit bad sportsmanship in defeat.
  • Abuse or misuse Club Membership.
  • Abusive or violent behaviour, including verbal, physical and emotional abuse, towards players, officials, media, venue staff, other spectators (home or away).
  • Public criticism of the Club in a demeaning or derogatory manner regarding team selection, coaching, player contracts, and other decisions made by the administration.
  • The display of banners with obscene or inappropriate messages on game day.

11.3 The Club reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Membership of any Member who breaches the Code of Conduct by behaving in a manner that jeopardises the safety or enjoyment of themselves or others. In the circumstance a Membership is cancelled due to misconduct, the Member will not be eligible for a refund on any unused portion of the Membership.

 

12.0 TERMS OF GAME DAY ADMISSION

12.1 If there is any disruption to the 2025 season which impacts your Membership entitlements, we will keep you informed of the changes via email.

12.2 Members are required to abide by the Club, NRL, Accor Stadium and Belmore Sports Ground Conditions of Entry, Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions at all home games and events. These are in place for the general safety and wellbeing of all supporters, Members, players, staff, and corporate partners.

12.3 The Club, NRL and Accor Stadium and Belmore Sports Ground security and staff reserve the right to remove any individual that breaches the terms and conditions of any stadium entry conditions, Code of Conduct, together with and laws and regulations of the state in which the matches are played, as well as displaying unacceptable conduct and behaviour.

13.0 FINALS SERIES

13.1 The Finals Series are administered by the NRL. In the event the Club qualifies for the Finals Series; Members will be granted priority access to purchase ticket/s prior to tickets going on sale to the public. Members shall be advised via email when tickets will be available for purchase.

The Club cannot guarantee that you will have access to the same seat/s as you held during the season. You may request the same seat(s) with the Ticketing Agent at the time of booking your finals tickets (via phone or agency bookings only).

 

14.0 CANTERBURY LEAGUE CLUB MEMBERSHIP

14.1 Ultimate, Platinum Plus, Platinum and Gold Members are entitled to redeem a complimentary Canterbury League Club Membership under the following conditions:

  • Must be 18 years of age or over.
  • Membership is not transferable.
  • Valid for 12 months from date of joining.
  • Existing Members will be eligible to renew their existing Membership, no refunds for existing Members.
  • Canterbury Membership terms and conditions apply.

15.0 MEMBERSHIP TENURE

15.1 The Club will record the date you join and will record it against your account as your loyalty status. 

15.2The Club also counts consecutive years of Membership against your account and will only fulfil benefits and rewards accordingly.

15.3 It is the responsibility of the Member to check the tenure details printed on their Membership card are correct. If these details are incorrect, please provide evidence and send to members@bulldogs.com.au. If these details are valid, your tenure will be updated. Replacement cards will not be issued free of charge due to a change in tenure. If you wish to re-order your Membership card, a $15 card replacement fee will be incurred.   

 

16.0 PRIVACY POLICY

16.1The Club respects the privacy of the individuals on whom the Club collects, uses, and discloses personal information. The personal information, which the Club collects on the Membership form is used for processing your Membership and providing you with football related information and offers from the Club, Club corporate partners and stakeholders and NRL.

17.0 COMMUNICATIONS

17.1 The Club’s primary method of communication to Members will be through weekly email newsletters. This includes up-to-date news, event, game day and finals information. Please ensure your contact details are kept updated at all times in order to receive regular communications from the Club.

 

18.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

18.1 Nothing in this clause affects your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar legislation under which the Club’s liability may not be excluded, restricted or modified by private agreement (Consumer’s Rights).

18.2 If the Club is liable to you for any:

a. Breach by the Club of any express term of this Agreement.

b. Breach by the Club of any term implied into this Agreement under the general law; or

c. Any tort committed by the Club (including negligence but not including fraud).

The Club’s liability to you is limited (at the Club’s election) to the Club repaying any amounts paid by you under this Agreement or supplying or resupplying any tickets to which you are entitled in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

 

19.0 GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

19.1 The Club may choose not to enforce a term in its absolute discretion without affecting its right to enforce that term in other cases, including replacing tickets (except forged tickets) if you can demonstrate proof of purchase and identity acceptable to the Club.

19.2 All dates, times, participating teams and venues of games are as specified on www.bulldogs.com.au and may change without notice to you.

19.3 The Agreement  

a. Is governed by the law applicable in the state of New South Wales and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state; and

b. Is the entire Agreement between Club and you in respect of its subject matter and supersedes any prior agreement, representation and or promotional material.

 

20.0 DEFINITIONS

20.1 In this agreement:

  • Club or Bulldogs means Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Club Limited ABN 38 001 869 405
  • NRL means National Rugby League Limited ABN 23 082 088 962
  • Form means the Membership application form you completed upon purchase of your Memberships with the Club.
  • Agreement means the combination of the completed application and the agreements to these Membership Terms & Conditions (including any incorporated terms) that form a part of a legally binding contract with the Club as part of your Membership.
  • Mailing Address means the Mailing Address as nominated by you on your application or as varied by written notification to the Club.
  • Membership Card means any ticket allocations to games that form part of the Membership benefits.
  • Bulldogs Payment Plan means the auto-renewal program.
