Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs five-eighth Josh Reynolds has today been charged by the match review committee after he was placed on report during the Broncos match last Friday night.
The 25-year-old was placed on report in the 51st minute for lashing out with his feet on Sam Thaiday and was then put on report 18 minutes later for a ‘trip’ on Ben Barba.
Reynolds has been charged with two offences with the decision to be made whether to contest the charges by 12 noon tomorrow.
Charges are:
51st minute – dangerous contact (feet); Grade 1 – Base Penalty 100, Early Plea 75, Guilty 100 – Carry Overs to be added – 88; On – Sam Thaiday
69th minute – Tripping; Grade 2 – Base Penalty 175, Early Plea 183, Guilty 245 – Carry overs to be added – 88; On – Ben Barba
